Starting a visit

You can start the visit either from the Higo UNO mobile app or directly from Higo device.

Start from Higo UNO mobile app:

1. Select patient from the mobile app and choose Start new visit.
2. Choose if you want to fill out the anamnesis survey or not.
3. If you choose to fill out the survey, go through the questions until you get a list of exams to select.
4. Select the exams you want to perform (if you fill out the survey, some of them will be marked as recommended based on your symptoms).
5. Go to Higo device, the exams will appear on the screen automatically. Select each of them to perform. Note that you can perform each exam more than once.
6. Once all the exams are completed, click the End visit button – the visit will be closed and sent to the doctor.
7. When the doctor writes the diagnosis, you can see it at the patient’s profile in the Higo UNO mobile app.

Start from Higo device:

1. Choose patient from Higo device.
2. You will get a list of exams. Select each exam that you want to perform. Note that you can perform each exam more than once.
3. Once you perform all the necessary exams, select End visit to close the visit and send it to the doctor.
4. When the doctor writes the diagnosis, you can see it at the patient’s profile in the Higo UNO mobile app.
