Managing patients

To add a new patient, follow the below steps:

1. In the Higo UNO mobile app click the + button in the right bottom corner of the screen
2. Choose if you want to search for an existing patient or register a new one: If you search for existing patient, start typing their name, last name or ID. The matching patients will appear on the list. Check the box next to them and select Add to „My patients”; If you register a new patient, fill out the patient’s data (e-mail address and phone number are optional fields) and select Add patient
3. The patient will automatically appear in the Higo UNO mobile app and on your Higo device if it’s connected to Wi-Fi

You can edit the data of your patients in the mobile app. Select the patient you want to update and then pen icon to modify the data.

If you want to unassign the patient after the examination, select the bin icon next to their name on the mobile app.

Remember! There is a limit of 100 patients assigned to a user at one time.
