Follow below steps to perform the exam:

1. Connect the stethoscope module.
   Instruct the patient to breath normally.
   Place the stethoscope in the correct point and ensure the stethoscope’s membrane is fully applied to the body with its whole surface – the recording will start automatically after touching the skin.
   Wait for the result to appear on the screen. Once the HR is estimated the exam will end automatically.

Find correct point where to place the stethoscope:

• The correct point is located in the middle of the sternum on the left side.

Avoid the most common mistakes:

• Putting the stethoscope in the wrong place, on bones or clothing.
• Not waiting for the HR to be calculated and moving the stethoscope.
• Holding the device too tightly.
