Abdominal exam

Follow below steps to perform the exam:

  1. Connect the stethoscope module.
  2. Place the stethoscope in the correct point and ensure the stethoscope’s membrane is fully applied to the body with its whole surface – the recording will start automatically after touching the skin.
  3. Wait for the recording to end automatically after 30 seconds.
  4. Click move forward (“>”) and place the stethoscope on the next point.

 

Find correct points where to place the stethoscope:

  • Point 1 – above the umbilicus
  • Point 2 – below the umbilicus

 

Avoid the most common mistakes:

  • Putting the stethoscope in the wrong place.
  • Not waiting for the timeout to finish and moving the stethoscope.
